NEW CLASS: Ski Fit!
Ski Fit Class – Gear Up for the Slopes!
Ready to dominate the slopes this ski season? Our Ski Fit Class is a dynamic, full-body conditioning course designed specifically for professionals gearing up for winter adventures. Whether you're a true beginner or an experienced skier, this class will improve your balance, core strength, agility, and endurance—key elements to prevent fatigue and injury on the mountain.
What to Expect:
- Targeted Conditioning: Exercises that focus on strengthening your legs, core, and posture to maintain control and stability during turns.
- Dynamic Flexibility & Mobility Work: Prepares your muscles and joints for the flexibility required in skiing.
- Balance & Agility Training: Enhances coordination for safer and more responsive movement on uneven terrain.
- Practical Warm-Ups & Cool-Downs: Reduces injury risk and aids recovery—crafted for busy schedules.
- Boosted Endurance: Improve stamina for longer, more confident skiing days.
Suitable for All Levels: Expert modifications ensure this class suits both first-timers and those hitting black runs.

Christmas Goals Board
Do you have a fitness or wellness goal that you need some extra help with? Maybe you've always wanted to do pull ups but don't know where to start, or maybe you're aiming for a bench press PB but need some accountability.
We're encouraging everyone that uses the space to write their goal onto the whiteboard with the hopes of ticking everyone's off before Christmas. Let's end 2025 with a whiteboard full of success!

Muscle Up!
Cora will be running weekly class for those whose main goal for 2025 is to build muscle and get seriously strong.
Cora will be focussing on mechanics of movement and exercise technique, training methods and session plans, and how to fuel for performance and recovery.
Classes will be 45 minutes every Wednesday at 6pm.
Anyone can sign up, and of course members of The Wellness Initiative are invited to use their subsidy on this.

Classes
Every team member is running a selection of classes throughout the week. You'll need to bring a change of clothes, just something you are comfortable and can move in, and head up to the wellness area on the 6th floor at the time of your class.

Personal Training
Kelly, Robyn, Charlee and Cora are available on weekdays for one-to-one sessions of 30/45/60 mins to tailor bespoke sessions to your fitness goals.
