NEW CLASSES for 2026
Calisthenics with Charlee
Calisthenics is a dynamic, full-body workout, focusing on building functional strength, muscular endurance, mobility, and body control using bodyweight exercises. Participants will develop improved core stability, upper- and lower-body strength, coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
No machines. No heavy weights. Just effective, functional movement designed to get you toned and strong!
Endure with Cora
A hybrid endurance class inspired by HYROX/Crossfit competitions, blending strength training with sustained cardiovascular work, where the goal is lasting output and fatigue resistance.

Classes
Every team member is running a selection of classes throughout the week. You'll need to bring a change of clothes, just something you are comfortable and can move in, and head up to the wellness area on the 6th floor at the time of your class.

Personal Training
Kelly, Robyn, Charlee and Cora are available on weekdays for one-to-one sessions of 30/45/60 mins to tailor bespoke sessions to your fitness goals.
